Dental Insurance
For those patients with dental insurance, we do accept most dental plans, but it does vary by location. The patient is responsible for paying the approximate co-payment based on the information provided by the insurance company on the day of treatment.

Fees & Payment Policies
The fees for endodontic therapy or microsurgical procedures are determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. Consultation fees are payable at the time of appointment and payment is required upon completion of treatment.
We accept cash, personal checks and all major credits cards including AMEX®, VISA, MasterCard® and Discover®.
We also offer CareCredit® — a health care financing option ideal for co-payments, deductibles, treatments and procedures not covered by insurance.
Cancellation Policy
The courtesy of at least 24 hours advance notice of change of appointment or cancellation is necessary; otherwise a late cancellation charge may result.
